Julian Phillips- Personal Trainer

Julian Phillips is a personal trainer who also specializes in boxing.  He has been in the fitness industry for most of his life and because of his passion and love for personal training he has adopted it as his career.

Julian believe fitness boxing as a cross training method is one of the most effective ways to achieve ultimate and complete body conditioning.  This is because the components of this exercise program consist of aerobic training, resistance training, flexibility and self defense conditioning.  His program are not age, fender or ability biases, they are for anyone who has a sincere desire to achieve total body fitness

He has participated in numerous boxing competitions, including the NYC Golden Gloves.  He also is a member of Marcy Boxing Team, National Endurance Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).

Many famous celebrities have been working with Julian for personal training.

 

Kaman Sung- Personal Trainer

Kaman Sung is here to help clients who are new to exercise. She is an experienced certified trainer and instructor with certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, USA Boxing, Supervised Personal Introduction to Custom Excercise, Silver Sneakers, and the American Red Cross. She is highly motivational and employs different training techniques to help beginners achieve their desired level of fitness while correcting common body imbalances such as tight hip flexors and weak lower back.
Discuss your personal fitness goals and interests with her. She will show you what CSC has to offer. Research shows that individuals who diversify their training regiment are more likely to achieve their fitness goals.
