CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

 

  KARATE

  • Kyoshi Nathan Ingram has been teaching karate for over 38 years.
  • A combination of Shotokan, Japanese Goju Ryu, Ju Jitsu, Kung Fu and Western Boxing.
  • Children will become more focused, disciplined, and confident while learning great self-defense.
  • Children start at age 5 and up.
  • Adult will get in amazing shape and learn great self-defense.

 

ALL KARATE CLASSES ARE TAUGHT BY KYOSHI NATHAN INGRAM 8TH DEGREE BLACK BELT;

19 TIMES BARE KNUCKLE CHAMPION & KARATE HALL OF FAME MEMBER.

 

  CARDIO KICKBOXING

  • This class incorporates boxing and kickboxing and is a great aerobic and total body workout.
  • You will also learn to defend yourself.

 

  TAI-CHI

  • A softer style of Martial Arts taught by Champion Master Lin Sai Ying.
  • The styles that are taught are SUN, WU, CHEN & Yang including, Wu Dong Sword, Tai Chi Broad Sword and Fan.

 

  YOGA

  • Our yoga classes are designed to develop muscular strength, increase flexibility and mental clarity. STRENGTHEN, STRETCH, BREATHE, RELAX, PREPARE & FEEL GOOD.

 

  AEROBIC DANCE

  • Revitalize your workout with 60 minutes of high and low-impact aerobics, mixed with conditioning intervals.
  • No complex choreography, just fun, challenging, dynamic movement. Your body will thank you!

 

  PILATES

  • Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk.
  • In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.
  • These exercises are designed so that your body uses its own weight as resistance.
